While efforts have been made earlier to model the user context, most of them relay on relevance feedback (either explicit or implicit) consisting of the documents relevant or interesting to particular queries from the users. In this poster, we model the user context using just his previous queries. To the best of our knowledge, this study of using just the queries for user modeling has not been fully studied in the previous work on user modeling for personalized search. Our experiments show improvement over the baseline.
