I am Sethuramalingam Subramaniam, a graduate research student working under Dr.Vasudeva Varma in the Search and Information Extraction Lab (SIEL) under Language Technologies Research Centre (LTRC), IIIT Hyderabad.
Masters Thesis : Effective Query Translation Techniques for Cross-Language Information Retrieval. (under Review)
I have involved and contributed in Transliteration, Named Entity Recognition in Indian Languages and Question Answering systems.
I interact closely with Mr. Anil Kumar Singh on several interesting problems in NLP for Indian languages.
Prior to my Masters, I had been with IBM, Pune and iGATE Global solutions, Chennai.
