Hi, there.

I'm Bharat Bhatnagar.

Computer Vision and Machine Learning Enthusiast

More About Me
Let me introduce myself

...

Profile Picture

I am currently a PhD student at `Real Virtual Humans' group, Max Planck Institute for Informatics (MPI-INF), Saarland with Dr. Gerard Pons-Moll. I had previously worked at Microsoft Research, India as a Research Fellow and completed my Masters research at IIIT-H, India working with Prof. C.V. Jawahar and Dr. Chetan Arora.

Research Interests

My current project at MPI focuses on improving 3D human modelling using videos in unconstrained environments. The project sits at the intersection of Computer Vision and Graphics.
At Microsoft Research I worked on unsupervised event classification and leveraging virtual environments for learning models that can be deployed in real world.

Have a look at my CV for some of my selected research projects in the past.

Skills

I have done projects involving the following:

  • Languages: C, C++, Python
  • ML and CV Specific tools/libraries:
    Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Theano(basic), Caffe(basic), OpenCV, VLFeat
  • Matlab
